TITLE: Software Developers: 01

DUTIES: Led end-to-end design and development of enterprise web applications using React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) on the frontend and Python with Django on the backend, supporting scalable, production-grade systems. Collaborated with product owners, UX designers, and backend stakeholders to define functional requirements, assess technical feasibility, estimate effort, and deliver features aligned with business goals.

Architected and developed modular, reusable frontend components using React functional components, hooks, and Redux, enabling consistent state management and maintainable UI architecture. Built responsive and accessible user interfaces from scratch using React.js, Material UI, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

Designed and implemented RESTful API integrations between frontend and backend services, handling authentication, error states, and data validation to ensure reliable client server communication. Developed and maintained backend services and APIs using Django, implementing business rules, request handling, and secure data access patterns.

Configured and extended Django applications by managing models, views, URL routing, middleware, authentication mechanisms, and third-party integrations. Designed, normalized, and evolved PostgreSQL database schemas, managing migrations and schema changes to support new application features and data growth.

Optimized backend and frontend performance through efficient query design, queryset filtering, caching strategies, and frontend debugging using Chrome Developer Tools. Applied object-oriented design principles and industry-standard design patterns to improve code quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability across frontend and backend layers.

Containerized applications using Docker, created and managed images and containers in Portioner, and supported deployment workflows in containerized environments. Developed and maintained CI/CD automation using Vela and Harness, enabling consistent builds, deployments, and environment parity. Actively participated in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimations, backlog refinement, code reviews, and feature testing, contributing to delivery predictability and quality.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software or Computer Engineering, or related discipline, +5 years of progressive experience in Docker, Portainer, Jira, VS code, Postman, AWS, Harness, Git, Dynatrace, Datadog, PGAdmin,, etc.
